Meals and Snacks

All meals and snacks are nutritious and are served according to the Canada Food Guide.

For your convenience, food is provided for all children at no extra charge (excluding formula for infants).

We provide morning snack, hot lunch and afternoon snack.

Our menu is posted by the entrance.

Parents are asked to discuss their child's special dietary needs or any food allergies at the time of enrollment. If your child develops an allergy anytime after they have registered please inform us in writing. The centre will do our best to accommodate special dietary restrictions but in some cases parents may be required to provide food from home.

If you are planning on bringing a special snack for an event please check with staff in your child’s room in regards to possible food allergies.

We ask that all food from home be nutritious and clearly labeled. Food of no nutritional value will be set aside and sent home with a reminder of our centre's policy.
